Mr Ralph Roberts (Director of Integrated Health Services)
Ralph Roberts is Director of Integrated Health Services, NHS Borders. Mr Roberts is a professional NHS Manager who has worked within the Scottish NHS for 20 years. He trained in NHS Lothian and began his General Management career at the Royal Hospital for Sick Children. He has now worked in the Borders for 13 years initially as a General Manager and later director within the Borders General Hospital NHS Trust. Since NHS Borders became an integrated organisation in 2003 he has been the Director responsible for the operational management of the Healthcare services across the Borders including the Acute services, Mental Health, Primary care and Learning Disabilities. Mr Roberts is also currently co-chair of the Learning Disabilities Board that manages the Joint LD service across Health and Social Care and Chairs the Child Health Network that unifies our child health services.
