Julia Edey has considerable experience in NHS management gained in posts at hospital and health board level in Merseyside and as Director of Strategic Planning for Fife Health Board. Since relocating to the Borders in 1999, she has worked for Scottish Borders Council, initially within the IT Department, and more recently as a senior manager within the Social Work Department.
