Catherine Duthie was Director (Scotland & Northern Ireland), Macmillan Cancer Relief until 1996. Catherine brings to NHS Borders a considerable experience of the voluntary sector having worked in recent years as a consultant to a number of voluntary organisations in the healthcare and arts sectors. She is currently a Fitness to Practise lay Panel Chair for the Nursing & Midwifery Council.
