HAI Reports

The telephone fault at the Borders General Hospital is still unresolved.

There are currently limited phone lines into the BGH. In order to maintain essential communications, members of the public and staff should, until further notice, only phone the BGH if it is a matter of urgency. In these cases, if you are unable to get through to the BGH or to Borders Emergency Care Services please contact NHS24 on 0845 242424. If your call is a medical emergency please contact 999.

Please see our Urgent Update page for more information.
