Consultations are by appointment only. To make an appointment please phone (01361) 810216 during surgery hours. Our receptionists will make every effort to offer you an early appointment. However, in situations which are not urgent, this may not be on the same day. If for any reason you are unable to keep your appointment, we would appreciate it if you would ring to let us know so that the time can be offered to another patient.

If you need to contact the doctor in an emergency, out of surgery opening hours, please phone NHS24 on 08454 24 24 24 which offers an emergency service out of normal surgery hours.

Home visits:

If you are unable to get into the surgery and require a home visit, please phone the surgery before 10.30 am, when the doctors leave on their rounds.

Repeat prescriptions:

If it has been arranged with your doctor that your medicines can be prescribed on a repeat basis, please mark the medicines you require on your repeat prescription form and hand it in to the surgery or the chemist in Greenlaw at least 2 working days before your repeat prescription medicine runs out or phone the 24hr repeat prescription line on 01361 810572.
