What we do:
A comprehensive range of Ophthalmic services is provided. Diagnostic facilities are provided for visual field analysis, fundus fluorescen angiography and ophthalmic ultrasound.
When are we open:
The unit is open from 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday.
An "Acute Referral Centre" enables patients with urgent eye problems to be seen by appointment after telephone triage of referrals from General Practitioners, Optometrists and the Accident & Emergency Department.

How to access our services:
GP's should refer patients to a Consultant Ophthalmologist in the first instance who will then refer the patient to the Orthoptic Department, if required.
